🔄 The "Life Happens" Refund Policy
 We get it—sometimes plans change faster than a breakaway goal! If your player can no longer join us this season, here is the scoop on how we handle refunds:

The Breakdown:

• Change of Heart? If you request a refund before registration closes, we’ll send your registration fee back, minus a small $10 processing fee (to cover the tech "magic" behind the scenes).
• Once Teams are Formed: Because we’ve already ordered shiny new uniforms and paid league fees by this point, refunds are generally not available once players are assigned to rosters.
• Special Circumstances: If there is a medical reason or a sudden move out of the area, please reach out! We’re humans too, and we’ll do our best to work with you.

The Fine Print (Just a tiny bit!):
All refund requests must be submitted via email, vpresident@crowleysoccer.com, for consideration at the next Board Meeting.
Processing can take about 7-10 business days—our accountants aren't quite as fast as our U7 strikers!
